Probably hpal for the stuns and extra cc. Sham could be okay too

Was run a lot with rsham s1 when it was last really a thing

Double purge into rdruid/disc meta would prolly be pretty strong

A lot of that is also due to tuning at the time favoring rsham

Kit wise it still makes sense

Zilla is the best owlplay player in bfa ses 1 and the only good healer for owlplay is Rsham.

I think shammy probably your best bet, low cd shear and grounding for the lock/mage teams I think is important and shaman with hex off fear/clone or root/beam is pretty nice.

Double purge pretty good, too
