I have been trying to resub to WoW, but I keep getting met with the ‘Heads Up! Something went wrong.’ error. I opened several tickets and received the same copy-paste CS answers. Initially I was able to get to the debit card details section, but still got the same error, now it seems I am getting the error message before I can even enter my debit card details.
The error happens when:
- Adding a new payment method on the account menu
- After confirming my billing address, and before being able to add my debit card details.
I have tried everything you can think of. I have tried (several times of each) using a different browser, using Windows and iOS battle net clients, incognito mode, a different network, cellular data, cleared cookies & cache, disabled firewall and anti-virus settings, disabled all browser addons, deleting and re-editing my billing address, deleting my payment methods. Every single attempt gives me the same error
It seems like no matter what I do or try, I keep getting the same error message that won’t let me enter my payment details. It is getting quite frustrating because I had no issues at all since I started subbing to WoW, I simply just want to extend my WoW subscription, but I guess Blizzard does not want my money. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated as I am considering not resubbing if I can’t get this fixed.
