Absolutely will never happen. It’s a ridiculous idea. But besides that, people can always flag for pvp on the Hardcore servers already.

Blizzard is creating a survial game because nobody wants it… Now’s a great time to cash in before they’re even later.
Feel free to come up with any reason why not other than old man grumpiness. I’ve addressed them all with pretty easy solutions and haven’t even claimed that anything should be implemented in current content…

It’s DOA. The more “solutions” you need to engineer to make a seperate ruleset the less likely they are to make it, and the liklihood is already at .00001% because they know its DOA.

To make it not a 100% rogue and druid gankfest would require reworking the entire underlying game. And most of the leveling dungeons through 40 are in horde territory, it would be a 1 faction dead server in a week. Keep huffing that copium to pretend otherwise thro.

So remove the vast majority of the game, including most of the pvp zones? Yeah, great plan.
Level and item scaling is baked into the game. All dungeons max level.
Yes, blizzard is totally going to do all of that extra work for a demonstrably DOA server.
I think the closest thing we’ve seen to this is maybe farming scarab lord on PvP Realms in 2019 classic era. Where the big guilds almost had agreed on farm spots.

I’d bet real money you see both.
100% they’ll release Cata classic. It’s that or risk losing thousands of classic subs. No way they’ll just walk away from it.
And I’d expect to see Wrath classic eventually. It’s just too iconic an expansion, whereas not giving TBC the era treatment kind of made sense. It was the filler in the classic trilogy
Let people play the way they want - a hardcore PVP server should absolutely be included. I personally will try to hit level 30 on that server, and will consider that a major achievement.

This is a disingenuous argument, because you make it sound like it’s the only binary choice. But everyone has their own two cents, and Blizzard shouldn’t dedicate entire servers or change existing ones to suit the arbitrary whims of a handful of players.
It’s the same as transmog, RDF, expansion races, SSF-only, cross-account mounts, level boosts, etc. - all arguments you can say ‘If you don’t like them, just don’t use them’, but piece by piece undermine the fabric of the game or further divide the community until you have dozens of dead servers.
