Exactly. I lived through P2 on a minority server. The game was literally unplayable and then you could actually res. On a HC server there would just be no way to get past level 20 after the first few weeks.

if you want to partake in an activity that involves dying + reviving, then you need to play on a softcore server. “Sad” that you can’t grasp that simple concept 
Can’t see why when they released the Hardcore servers there could have been 2 for PVE and 2 for PVP.
because HC PvP servers are a waste of resources

I wouldn’t also be surprised if Blizzard does one of two things in regards to Classic era and Wrath at Blizz Con.
- Announce Cata Classic with possible Wrath era servers.
- Once Hardcore slows down announce a new season of for Classic era for 2024.
highly doubt we will see cata classic or wrath era servers. wrath is a bad game and the nostalgia phase has worn off. cata, the version where the world is destroyed, is not classic in any sense of the word.
they already have announced SoM2, which will probably come out sometime in 2024, yes
If there are battlegrounds, it should be winners all live, losers die. If you die during the BG, spirit healer will rez with RP text dialogue explaining these rules.

modern day blizz has a lot of problems but that’s all irrelevant to HC PvP. a bad idea is a bad idea this guy said it best:
So? HC is basically DoA anyway one the buzz dies and all the wannabe bots have their 60 trophy characters.
Especially without bracket level saves most pvp would be sub 30 so tryhards and streamers can do whatever they want at the top.
