So after patch 8.1.5 was released, there were no changes to Destruction spec’s Havoc spell. However, Havoc no longer duplicates chaos bolt to the second target? Is Havoc supposed to be just to generate extra soul shards now with double Conflagarate?
there is a pvp talent for locks that increases CB dmg but doesnt let you cleave cb no more. make sure you dont have that talent selected.
