Having trouble with my characters not showing on Blizzard's website

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Whenever I log into this website, my character list doesn’t show and instead says, “[NO CHARACTER AVAILABLE] Check back after playing.” and I’m unable to participate in forums. To work around it, I’ve had to use a link to one of my previous forum posts to access my profile.

Additionally, when I log in via my mobile browser, I can initially see my characters, but as soon as I head into the forums page, they disappear again.

Unfortunately, I’m not at a tier that allows me to upload screenshots, but I wanted to know if this was a known issue? Has anyone had a similar experience? Were you able to fix it?

So, there has been an issue that keeps popping up on the WoW Forums where folks are being told that they need a level 10 character to post even though they have multiple characters that qualify. This issue has been happening for the last 2 months or so but comes and goes. Interesting. The private window suggestion is a neat way to try to bypass possible cache corruption without having to delete your whole browser cache.

What’s insane is I just tried on my work computer with the same browser and it worked. It might be my gaming PC.

I’ll have to probably clear my cache or something. Thank you for the help!
