it just keeps spinning stating its retrieving data I know for a fact that I have multiple characters with 2k capped or close to cap. I have attempted to reload multiple times as well as hard log out and log back into no avail
I’d give a proper reset UI a shot. May not help, but it would help rule out certain issues.
With WoW totally shutdown, rename, move or delete your WTF, Cache and Interface folders. Test before adding anything back in.
If that isn’t helpful, a detailed post in the bug forum would be a good next step.
