I’m having issues claiming World of Warcraft®: Timbered Sky Snake Mount & Timbered Air Snakelet Pet. It asks me to select a region, but the only options to select from are EU, KR, and TW.
I thought maybe if I waited, it would automatically be in my collections like last time, but unfortunately, it’s still waiting for me to claim it.
It is showing in your armory, so it should be in game. I believe this one was granted automatically, and the gift is essentially extra. Check your filters.
Yeah there was a bug when this first came out where you couldn’t select the region you played on I believe. They fixed that by adding the items to the collections. The gift waiting in the launcher is essentially just a bonus. If you have a license in another region you can claim it for there too, otherwise it just kinda sits there.
Keep in mind that the pet is for Classic era only. There is a very similar pet in the retail cash shop, but you need to purchase that particular one separately.
It was added directly to your collection, Kyama. Check your filters to make sure you can see all sources. Keep in mind the pet is part of Cataclysm Classic, not modern WoW, so it would be there.
For clarification, it was more that it was both added directly as a license and it was received as a gift when it should have been just one or the other (it’s usually just added directly unless you are buying the subscription bundle itself and not renewing). Because it was added directly to the collection the gift couldn’t be redeemed in this region, which caused a lot of confusion.
I am so sorry, this one just recently started popping up under gifts. I thought it was a new one. My bad for not checking first.
