The only change to the WoW Token was the restriction that you can no longer use them until you purchase a one-month subscription (or a two month block of game time).

I wonder if that could be what is preventing Krestan from using the ones already in their bags on alts.
If so, unsure if Blizzard would be able to circumvent that change for Tokens that were already purchased prior to the change. Couldnât hurt to inquire about the issue though.
It might be best to place a ticket and ask Blizzard if the recent change that Melaesia posted about could be the reason for your inability to use the Tokens currently in your possession.

now when i use the gametime card it works. that is not the problem. but the wow token would not work on battle net. balance. that is a different problem. now i noticed a problem with it on February 15th, 2024. people had problems here.
it said it had affected the EU and the other region servers. got to get that resolved soon. people not happy.
As far as Iâm aware, that problem was resolved within a few days.
Are you living in a country thatâs outside the US region? (i.e. outside US, Latin America, Brazil, Oceanic[Australia]âŚ) You canât convert tokens to battle.net balance if your country doesnât match the region youâre playing on. (i.e. a player living in the EU playing on US servers, or vice versa)
Are you too close to the currency cap? You can only have a maximum of $110 battle.net balance on your account at once ($350 if you have an authenticator attached), and attempting to convert a token to battle.net balance will fail if it would bring you over the limit.

they resolved the wow token problem. now it is working. hopefully, i do not want to see bad thing happen again.
when things do, i have to wait.
Unfortunately bugs happen wow is aproaching 20 yrs thats old for a mmo bugs are gona crop up or possibly outlaat wow.
yeah. it gets old. things has to change.

if i find any errors, i will report it. i will keep an eye out to investigate. take care. when people do, they stop fighting.
they frame me for nothing. i went to go do the quest for money myself for gold mostly. that is why it was important. almost all the time. but not quite.
