Have You Purchased Your 1-Year Sub Yet?

Getting ready to purchase mine - can’t wait for those sweet mounts!

Why haven’t you bought yours yet?

Well, I don’t really care about mounts and I don’t think I would buy it even if I did, considering I never play this game for a year straight.

That much rewards coming from a 1-Year sub really makes me afraid that theres very little content coming in the next few months. I could be wrong and Blizzard is just being really generous, right?

I do what I can to pay my sub with gold and don’t care about the rewards.

The money I would spend on that is probably gonna magically turn into Silent Hill 2, or Mech Warrior 5 if that turns out to be good.

Because it’ll be either free on the Trading Post or part of a bundle sale down the line.

I sometimes wish the bulk of the sub rewards were locked behind 3-month and 6-month tiers. It would be friendlier on my wallet.

Contrary to your reasoning, I typically find myself playing year-round so the 1-year sub works out for me.

Don’t pay for the 1-year sub, yet, if all you want are the mounts. They’re not quite available yet.

I’m still on 6 month. It works for my income

Because a cat mount isn’t worth committing to WoW for another year without first seeing the 2025 roadmap.

I wouldn’t mind but I don’t have that moolah right now. Paid my car off just last week so I’m broke.

I have yet to see a 1-year subscription mount on the trading post. If that really is a thing, I don’t see them coming on there anytime soon.

Afterall, It’s been over a year since the trading post launched.

why do the blizzard employees always post on specifically level 70s?

Yeah, that’s fair, I know a lot of folks in game that do that. For me though, WoW isn’t really a comfort game, it’s more of a novelty one, I play for like half of the season, sometimes more, sometimes less, then quit until the next major patch, sometimes even skipping entire Seasons like I did with SL and DF Season 2.

I’d be fired if I were a Blizzard employee.

It doesn’t save me any money. I’m on the six month sub because it saves me money. If the 12 month saved more I’d go with that. Only way I’d do a 12 is if they had a mount that I really, really, reeeeallly wanted, and so far they haven’t. Besides, you know at some point we’ll be able to get the 12 month mounts in the store or the Trading Post or as a Twitch drop anyway, so :person_shrugging:

The game currently has TOO MANY BUGS and there’s barely fix on them despite having multiple extended maintenances over the past couple weeks.

They havent earned such money yet from me.

loooooollllllllllll

seriously

loooolllll

Not interested in those mounts enough to spend $155 all at once.

Literally having a patch with a new raid in one week, followed up by the 11.0.7 patch in January.

Ok. And?

Glad I’m not in a hurry.

Cool. The point is…?

I’m not going to play continuously for 12 months. Plus I still haven’t decided on whether I’ll duck out early this season after 2.5K rating and AotC so that’s at least a couple of months of non-playing time until S2.
