Have game token on alt. Can't use to add game time cause it's over L20

So I’m pretty sure I have a bunch of tokens on my bank alt (Been gone a couple years so I could be wrong) but it’s level 40 so I can’t login to it on a starter account. My bank alt is the level 40 Goblin Hunter on this account on Frostmourne server.

Is there any way I can use one of those tokens to add a month of game time?

Thank you.

YOu can open a ticket to billing and ask for a day of game time to do it.

If they were purchased from the AH with gold, then you will be given the option to use one for game time at the character select screen for that realm.

If they were purchased from the Blizzard Shop using cash, then they can only be sold on the Auction House for gold.

If I switch to Frostmourne it just gives me the option to buy game time with gold. Does this mean I must have used my game tokens or they expired or something? I’m pretty sure I’ve got a whole bag full cause they don’t/didn’t stack. They don’t expire do they?

They do not expire.

And they were purchased from the Auction House, correct?

Yes, a couple years ago when the feature was new and they were like 9k gold each. I bought a ton before realising they can’t be mailed and don’t stack

EDIT: A GM got in contact with me in game. Thank you everyone for your replies. This issue is resolved

Just in case anyone comes along this thread in the future too, if you do have a token purchased from the AH with gold anywhere on your battle.net account, the system will give you the option to use it.

It doesn’t matter if the token is on a different WoW account even (as long as it’s under the same battle.net email), nor does it matter what server the token is sitting on

Glad to hear you were able to get everything sorted out too Sophie.
