Haste calculation question

Have a question on how Haste gets calculated. Lets say i have 12% Haste from static haste rating on my gear. Then Another source of haste that gives straight up 16% Haste is introduced, would you just add the 12% and 16% to make 28%? Or is there another calculation? Also Lets say Flurry activates for warriors and you get 25% Attack Speed increase on top of the other sources. How would that be calculated?

The different haste sources are multiplied together. Haste rating, in any way you get it, is all summed together and counted as a single source.

So 12% haste rating and 16% from something else would multiply together to arrive at 1.12 * 1.16 = 1.2992, so effectively 29.92% haste. Same thing for Flurry - multiply that result: 1.2992 * 1.25 = 1.624, so effectively 62.4% haste.

For the final attack speed or spell cast speed calculation, do the following:
Divide the haste percentage by 100 and add 1 to the result. So 62.4% haste => 1.624.
Divide the original attack/cast speed by this number. Take a 2.5s speed for example. The final speed with 62.4% haste would be 2.5 / 1.624 = 1.539s.
