Hmmm…looks like some others were able to report your post. I still see the option to report posts myself.
Not sure what option you think was removed.

If a post is reported and hidden, and then moderation determines that it is not a violation, the option to report the post appears to be removed.
Edit:
Also, when a post receives enough reports to be hidden, the option to report is also removed. It makes it hard if you wanted to report a name instead of the post.
