While I believe this is simply just not true, neither of us will ever know for certain why BSB became the default hardcore server, so at this point we are arguing semantics.
I still believe that every player has the right to choose their own server and if the HC community picked BSB then that is the server they picked, but it isn’t fair to say that every HC player just doesn’t care about interrupting other players’ gameplay.

In fact, there are some hc players that are absolute cretins to their own.
Maybe all players should read over the Code of Conduct for in game behavior.

Now if you meant that the hc streamers should clarify for their participants then fine but I don’t even believe that is solely the organizers responsibility. They can encourage but can’t force anyone to do anything. So we’re back to the individual player abiding by the CoC and taking that to heart but given past history of streamers not caring how disruptive their viewers can be to a RP server I’m not convinced that anything will change. There’s always next time to choose a better option and leave RP servers alone.
There were others that were as low and pve where you can choose to flag just as on a RP server. This new tactic of calling hc “roleplay” is laughable when the streamer followers are referring to the original inhabitants of BsB as “rp f____” and telling them to kill themselves.
Pretty much the modus operandi for “content creators” for doing so in retail so why change?

Because the “add-on rules” jockeys just like to gatekeep and make-up random new rules constantly to make themselves feel special.
Those addon achievements won’t be a thing on official. You’ll just make a group to tackle the quest bosses.
Besides, who cares how other players are doing those quests.
