Hardcore mode is enabled, mailbox access is blocked

Please help, I cant access my mailbox and i dont know what to do or turn off the hardcore mode. My ign is Mochinemo.

If you’re referring to a hardcore server type (it’s not a toggle, it’s a server choice), then the only way to not have that on is by choosing a server that’s not a Hardcore server and starting a new character.

As for the mailbox issue, you’d need to provide a little more info as to what error you’re getting etc.

If you’re playing on an hardcore server, then, as Perl had said, would be to pick a non-hardcore server to restart on.

okay because other people in this server can use their mailbox but somehow I could not

It’s probably the hardcore addon causing it, not the server

If this is regarding the character you’re posting with, you’re on Skyfury. That is a Wrath Classic server, and Wrath Classic does not have Hardcore.

I agree with what Faedris said about the addon. If you’re still having issues, you’ll need to perform a UI reset.
