Yep, it’s a bit of an acquired taste for sure. I’ve never had any of these weird DC deaths though so I can’t really say anything about that or complain about any of my deaths, not that it’d matter.

If people can react fast enough… between you and Amorix, I still don’t see what the problem would be with anyone exploiting loopholes to survive to 60 if there were any, other than bots.
Leaving a character in realm while your connection is severed is more of an ANTI-LOOPHOLE, if you ask me. Your explanation of what makes this person insufferable is likely equivalent to the backing up your point with blindlessly agreeing to disconnection deaths, surely.
Players could have God-Mode until 60, and they’ll still drop like flies regardless.
It’s kinda like when you sign a lease that says “Firearms/Weed, medical or otherwise is prohibited” then lose it when you get evicted for having firearms or weed and it’s spotted during an inspection or they see you smoking. You agreed, nothing you can do.
Dead is Dead. There’s no return even if you Blink under the world. Even if someone kites a guard over and auto-flags you… NOTHING can bring your character back and we all agreed to it.

I already reported to the local authorities and FBI. This isn’t about sueing, this is about safety and criminal actions.

Dude is claiming blizzard is breaking laws, claims streamers are attacking him individually since beg. Of Jan. Either you don’t read or you are his alt. Plays a game mode meant to be challenging and straight up tells you no matter the circumstances death is permanent and now here he is crying about death. Insufferable is a perfect term for him. Lots of others have expressed the same opinion here.

Do I really have to spell out how exploiting DC protection to stay alive when you would normally die goes against the intent of HC? It’s an extremely simple method of drastically reducing the risk of death.
For every person who is saved from a genuine DC there would easily be 100 who exploit it to save themselves from a mistake.

Paying for a game service with a reported issue and events that were transpiring on open streams that were broadcasted Infront of many people.
As insufferable as I am stating my right to be able to play this game without interference from people who don’t hold a vendetta on me for w/e reasons they may have. Doesn’t give the right to end my characters life by their hand.
You are starting to project here, showing a bias that this is somehow deserved. I pay for this game like everyone else. Players griefing or disrupting the service on purpose while making deliberate attempts to disrupt my experience and investment into character.
If you don’t like me, then don’t talk to me, I don’t deserve to be punished for your naive perceptions.

I suppose you can’t figure out how to just shut down your internet? Also no the game can’t see everything you do, for example you could easily shut your computer down, and the game would be oblivious to that. So yes, your suggestion would be super easy to game.
Can you please justify when an individual is actually being preyed on and not just blaming the victim of a RECORDED ddos attack and not trying to manipulate the problem to this being some sort of greater harm, in a hypothetical that this is an issue about players who purposely abuse a fail safe mechanic like DC protection, when I have explained very clearly that there was no NPC engaged, NPC in area were freshly killed, there was no hardcore notification of a mob kiling my character and the server randomly registers me as dead.
This is so out of line to paint it like the greater evil here is somehow a irrelevant spew of something that would make you react the same way. Having over 7 days game played on my warrior is a massive investment shattered on my behalf from someone else doing something illegal.
Once again, I have a recording of the packets and proof of DDOS attack happening at the time of death. I’m not sure why your advocating for criminal activity here.
