I’ve seen some conflicting answers, some people have gotten GM responses saying that it has been fixed, meanwhile Customer Service on Twitter says no ETA on a fix. So who really knows

Good news - Quest is now fixed

Bad News - The Raid Quest is bugged.

Agree with Pallyfist - can confirm the first quest is fixed. The next one is still broken. And manic grieftorch still breaks the chains. You’d think after 9 months, they would have fixed that.
