Hand of Salarangor not Rewarded from "Breaking the Chains"

Title. Just got the Breaking the Chains achievement, and the Hand of Salarangor was not rewarded in my mount journal or mailed to me.

In addition to the above, please make on the offensive account wide for other covenants to purchase the Death’s Advance mounts. Having to do this meta achievement across four covenants is not fun. Thanks.

Waited 2.5 freaking months to be able to finish this achievement and the reward ends up bugged. So bad.

9.1.5 releases in a month, not really worth wasting their time to hotfix tbh when you can just swap covenants quickly for free.

In 9.1.5 you can just swap covenants on the toon that does it and buy all 4 mounts. :stuck_out_tongue: (Especially since it also requires exalted with Death’s Advance to buy, not just the achievement).

That said, 2 of my toons have exalted and the other 2 are 18/19k into 21k, and all only need Zovaal Shuffle for On the Offensive, so I should have all the mounts nextish week lol.

Adding to this, done but did not get the mount.

I know how you feel. I got all my other covenants ready for this to buy the mount to. Venthyr is close at less than 2k rep away to exalted and my other three covenants are exalted. Alas it does not matter because breaking the chains did not appear to be account wide anyways.

Same thing here. Achievement complete and no mount. Did anyone notice the spelling difference. Bracelet of Salarangor vs. Hand of Salaranga.

The actual item in the game data doesn’t have the spelling difference; only the achievement. Honestly if this turns out to be the bug (someone typoing the reward name and ID) I’d laugh. And then cry a bit.

For this achievement to be severely time gated and rng dependent, the bug really feels like a kick in the stomach from Blizzard.

Same happened to me. Feels real bad considering how much of a grind this achieve was.

Cosigning on the achievement not awarding the bracelet to learn the mount.

Edit: Submitted a ticket in game and in less than an hour they mailed me the item.

Same thing happened with me. Got it done and didn’t receive mount reward in collections or mailbox.

Submitted a ticket and got a form response, resubmitted and mount was mailed to me.

I got the auto response as well. I responded to that ticket this morning. We will see if I get the mount mailed to me.
