Got an auto response and reopened my ticket. Spent months trying to get this meta achievement. Would like the mount reward for the work I put in. There’s a lot of people who worked on this achievement Blizz.

Got the auto-response as well. I may just wait.
Because of how widespread this issue is (hundreds or thousands of players opening tickets on this!), Game Masters are putting a hold on handing the mounts out manually, and instead, we will need to wait patiently for the WoW team to fix everybody up!

Same here. Opened a ticket and the response was to wait until its fixed for everyone.
I lol’d so hard when this mount bugged out… and then it was only sadness.

Yes same happened here. Got it last night and no mount. Opened a problem ticket as well. Hope that if there is enough activity with this issue, Blizzard will prioritize.

Submitted my ticket last night.
Got my ticket Marked as Resolved this morning with Blizz saying things along the lines of “since they are backed up with tickets at the moment, I should try looking on WoWhead or the forums for help” and “maybe try submitting a bug report.”
Still no mount. Continued on with the open ticket to see if I get lucky with one of those GMs who actually know what they are doing and can mail me the item that I’ve worked on for the past 2.5 months instead of some bot.
There may be a hotfix? Just logged in and it appeared in my mount journal. Hope it shows for others.
