I had been planning on using this when TBC releases but I’m seeing comments on Edwards page saying it was changed at some point after TBC originally launched. To no longer give instant casts, but instead give spell haste rating.
How would I go about finding out if this is going to be changed immediately on June 1st or 6 months+ later? Is there a list of changes somewhere.
