The idea that people who do casual sports are hardcore fanatics who invest their entire lives into that game is wishful thinking on your part that simply shows how out of touch with the reality of how people do entertainment in the real world you really are.

All I can say is, you’re going to be really disappointed when you grow up and find out how adults play irl.

But then, the idea that loads of people are afk at all times in wow is wishful thinking too.

When I grew up I learned different people enjoy different things.

There isn’t a one-size fits all “adult” experience where you just lose all motivation for hobbies and only want to nap.

In the run I joined in on there was only one actual healer and the rest were sneaky DPS, soon as a few actual healers came and the determination buff started it became much easier.

So seems like it’s people trying to cheat the system making the system worse for everyone, shocking no?

I can’t really blame them. It’s an hour + queue to do LFR as a DPS.

And you wonder why LFR players get a bad rep…
