Yeah because itâs specific to the character. I have about 30 characters who can run this but only 5 this is happening to. Itâs the same 5 characters consistently.
Itâs unfortunate and I wouldnât know how blizzard can track this one down in a timely fashion.
I have too many characters to keep track of, but Iâve noticed that my 3 Hunters seem to have the longest queues.
2 days isnât exactly a pattern, but the two toons I had the longest times on are both Velfs, both boosts, one boosted at the end of Legion and one boosted two days ago. Hunter and Rogue.
Belf hunter on a different realm got a 10 minute queue.
My results for the day. all DPS. all max lvl pre-squish.
mage: 50 minutes
DK: <5 minutes
DH: 20 minutes
Druid: ~30 minutes to first pop, someone declined. ~30 minutes for second pop.
Warrior: <5 minutes
shaman: 15 minutes
Happened to a friend and I tonight, too. The queue bugs out sometimes. Iâm not convinced itâs a new problem. The same thing happened to me one night on Coren Direbrew, before the pre-patch dropped.
This is just conspiracy theory, but on my lesser geared and under leveled alts I get far longer queues. For example, my 50 Warlock with like a 50 ilvl queued as DPS and waited 25+ minutes for a queue, we also couldnât kill the Horsemen. My 50 Warlock with 110 ilvl queued as DPS and got in about 4 minutes later, easy kill.
Doubtful this is actually a thing, but its just odd its felt like this many years. My Shaman I play the most gets in quickly if I queue as DPS (I just queue as Healer most times) but my reject alts always took awhile.
I thought this as well but iâve ruled it out because the alts I am trying to run have varying degrees of power. Some are within a few ilvlâs of my main, while others are in their 80âs.
Iâm not entirely sure whatâs going on with the horseman queue⌠but it seems like queueing and LFG might be broken due to Chromie time. I noticed my toons that are in Chromie time have a hard time finding groups. Otherwise itâs easy peasy. Anecdotal, for sure, but thatâs been my experience. Also - healers are insta-queue.
None of my toons are in chromie time.
Although it could be separating players and creating an artificial tank/heal shortage.
Most groups iâm in have 4 or 5 people from the same server / merged servers with maybe 1 guy from a different one.
It seems like itâs trying to pool people from 1 server first for some reason and giving nutty queues.
Ok, we are 3 days into a 14 day once a year event. Has there been any word from blizzard about this?
Indeed! Its like 4 peeps from Wyrmrest Accord and then me from Nagrand. It was strange, thought it was a guild.
It is only long for DPS, at least from my own personal experience. Healers and tanks get instant queues. So to anyone that does not have a healer or tank spec, I feel your pain on my rogue.
This same thing is happening to me. <10 min queues for all my characters except one. Iâve given up after an hour wait, queued another dps and got a 5 minute queue. Swapped back and waited another hour⌠Average time shows 7 minutes. This is 2 days in a row, same character.
Yeah it is messed up. On this rogue character it will say Average Wait Time: 3 minutes and I will end up waiting 30 minutes.
But when I queue up on my Frost DK the queue pops within a matter of minutes.
queue as a healer or dps
youâre welcome
Here is the part I donât get. Happened to me too on my hunter toon. One dps declines, and it takes another 30 min to find a dps?
I have had this problem as well. You know something is fishy when a dps drops and it doesnât pop again immediately. Funny enough as I was typing this my queue just popped. It took an hour and seven minutes on top of the forty or so minutes for the first queue. This is all really disheartening, but lucky for me I already have the horse.
They have legit broken LFG.
Also⌠the tanks Iâve had to try and heal in the horseman runs have been least effective, to put it bluntly. Two shots and your HP is on the last thread? Donât tank, please.
