Are we only allowed to queue once a day per for it, or can we requeue over and over?

Well, technically you can do it as much as you want but you won’t get anything else after the first

^^ You can requeue if you want to get the ring. But the helm, pet, sword, and mount all come from the daily bag.

Careful being speedy on alts. The 5 instance an hour cap is still in place.
Hoping they make a hotfix for this since the majority of people have alts

I got it eventually in legion but then stopped playing retail few months later anyway

Yeah, 10+ alts level capped for bfa and sl, 3 years in retail. I did get it. With some fierce brute force sessions. I am not bending backwards over this with just 5 level caps in wrath.
1 run each for the broom is my plan. A temporary thrill lol.

Well looks like i got the mount first go yesterday. Done it today and realised i still had the pumpkin to click on from yesterday. And it was in it! 
I mean, they could have at least added a stacking debuff and an enrage timer.
at 5 instance runs (on the same account) you are on cool down for the rest of that hour. Then you can rinse and repeat…or this is my understanding.
Once for the bag, 5 times per hour for the rings.
