But yet, somehow, shadowpriests get them while shifted.
So if I have this right, noggen doesn’t cloak shifts, but should for druids and this has been confirmed by actual vanilla video. Blizzard has also (quietly) recognized this as a bug. It also doesn’t for shadow priests.
Deviates also don’t cloak shifts, but there’s strong evidence they should, and they do cloak shadowform shifts.
And costumes, which function like noggenfogger, should cloak shifts, but don’t, and DO work for shadowpriests.
So basically, there’s just absolutely no consistency in any of this. This is just another fun item that druids can’t be a part of. We aren’t allowed to have fun and enjoy the costumes like all the other classes by using gasp our class’s abilities.
