Half the Playerbase is gone?

Sounds like bad game design.

Ad hominem aside that’s funny

My category

they will always be happy.

Except while Legion scaling is wacky

They took the extra time to fix a lot of major issues. It could have been A LOT WORSE based on early beta!

Shocker - its what half of us on the forum have already been saying.

Empty friends lists, deserted areas, and a dead AH.

You can’t roadblock player progression for anyboy who doesn’t do organized raiding or PvP and not expect to massively lose players.

Killing M+ with all the loot nerfs was one of the all-time stupidest moves.

The game has been going basically downhill since post-MoP (Legion was an uptick but still hung on to flawed design decisions). Blizzard has had loads of time to make smart course corrections but hasn’t bothered to change leadership so on we go.

shadowlands is like legion 3.0 only worse world quests, mission table, gear, etc. the only thing improved was the legendaries but even those are just old bonuses we already had before. they haven’t “expanded” anything just keep removing and replacing.

btw the class design is still garbage.

No more customization options :white_check_mark:
No heritage armor :white_check_mark:
No class tier sets :white_check_mark:

How is Blizzard this bad at PR? They could have just said nothing about these topics, instead of confirming that they won’t be coming in Shadowlands.

Until now, I’ve never had a Blizzcon that made me less hyped for WoW.

When did they say we weren’t getting class tier sets? They just said they weren’t coming in 9.1.

They also ignored a TON of problems that were brought to their attention. They said they wanted to take their time to make it good and then failed.

They previously said that class tier sets were coming in the final patch of Shadowlands, and then during Blizzconline they backtracked to a hesitant maybe.

They said maybe?

I thought Ion said he saw the art for them and he’s impressed. That seems to imply they’re in development. Perhaps they said “maybe” because COVID screwed them up so badly they don’t want to hard commit to anything?

maybe its a good thing content is fizzling out.
The wife and I both had the time to run for Katy’s Stampwhistle, lol.
If SLs were keeping me busy, I wouldnt want to spend the time doing that :+1:

The game is very ADHD now. I’m constantly running around doing different things: oh got to advance the anima conductor, hey is my mission complete? Wait I need to the maw before threat resets, dang now I’m at jailers eye 4, so I’ll finish this tomororow, oh, crap, I still need to collect 7 dew drops for Court of night before the reset, I’m at 43/50… aaah!

It is worth considering that the crazed shutdowns affected Blizzard too, so their development was delayed by that

Cant argue against that, lol.

Is it just me or does just running for 20 souls put anyone else up like two levels on that eye thingy?
Thats not annoying at all

The 0.5 has no substance… I get Covid is a thing that would slow down their ability to pump out content, but still. Pretty sure in Legion and BfA we had the .1.0 patch by now.

Legion slapped the piss out of Shadowlands.

Lol I’m like you except at the end of the “aaaah” I say… “meh, screw it, I don’t care anymore”.

Not when your work can be done literally anywhere. They have computers at home, they have several communication options, and on and on. I will never buy that half baked excuse.
