I’d like to see some simple half-elven customization options for humans akin to Kalecgos’ human form, like pointed ears and maybe a couple face options.

Are there any half-elf NPCs who aren’t really dragons able to take any form they please?
Arator the Redeemer; he uses the BE model though.

You have quite a bit. Dalaran has many of them as far as lore. Then you have ˡᵒᵒᵏ ᵗᵒ ᵗʰᵉ ˢᵏʸ Ronin and Verissa two kids for more known npcs/lore.

In Arator’s case they just clearly didn’t want to bother making a new unique model or new customizations solely for him, I don’t think he’s representative of what a half-elf would actually look like. I imagine them to look closer to humans but with short elf ears, not as bulky, and somewhat glowing eyes.

I’m of the opinion that the Dracthyr visage models are a pretty good basis for would-be half-elf models.
I remember reading they make about a third of the Elwynn area population in the lore, and would be glad if they became a playable option some day 
the more variety and freedom, the better
I guess I don’t understand why this would be a human customization option. Shouldn’t it also be a BE customization?
Alodai is also a Half-Elf that appears as an NPC during legion but uses the Human model with no modifications.
- 3 races already use the BE model, we don’t really need any more of it
- What could even be done to make the the blood elf model look more human? Elves are already just skinny humans with pointy ears
- This would be done to spice up the human model a bit, currently it’s a bit bland
They’re the one race in this game that isn’t purely based on fantasy; the base upon which all the other humanoid races are modeled before the distinguishing fantasy aspects are added.

But he latter appeared in a book as pretty much your average elf.
No new races would be using it though…

If humans need pointy ears and some face options to look more elf-like, then elves would get rounder/smaller ears, shorter eyebrows and face options to look more human-like.
I feel that you just want the Human reputation bonus along with Shadowmeld.

Though if you wanna RP one, you can already because the Belves have short ear options.
I wasn’t trying to, I was just pointing out a logical fallacy.
But if you need an option, Normal Human Eyes and Short Eyebrows.
Give pandas elf ears too, better yet elf ears for all races! 
I think Humans can be cool in fantasy depending on what culture you base them off of. Most fantasy opts for the traditional anglo saxon vibe or norse. Both of which have been overdone and have gotten stale imo.
Guild Wars has very interesting human lore, since Humanity spans multiple cultures based off real life counterparts. Humans are the Elves of that universe really.
