I kinda wish they used the Dracthyr visage model for a new Half-Elf race (based of the Dalarani) that way it could be available to both factions, and they could have more use for all those assets that get wasted on one class/race combo.

To fill out some head canon stuff I made this character a Human - Elf kid. Tried to keep everything subtle.
It’s not my original. I stitched it together from some Wowpedia and game files.

Well I am just going by how he was presented in game, and that was using a plain old stock human model.
These are now confirmed to be coming in War Within, just wanted to gloat to everybody in this thread who was dismissive of my suggestion
