A rare breed that had been said to have been either killed or bred from dreanei slaves and enslaved themselves except for a few. In current lore most had been killed off, but this had been left out open to be changed. We have 2 canon examples of this, and one non-canon one whom won’t be mentioned here due to heresey.
We have lantresor of the blade and garona whom are half dreanei.
If made a playable race, I beleive there is room to work with customization other then just more things that look 100% like orc since we only seen 2 examples of it.
I want to use the use a race concept idea from Ashes of creation to mix things up with this race;
I will qoute my previous thread of the discription;
In this case, it will be limited to dreanei/orc features. We could make a charecter that looks quite interesting with this set up, heck if done right you could make a charecter look downright like a demon itself.
What faction would it be? I formally thought the burning blade clan would suit it, but after reading it’s lore I do not think it would suit them best. perhaps we could have an island east of the eastern kingdoms where a bunch of slaves had escaped to from the original horde (wc1-2).

Depends, garona is a half-dreanei herself, if she goes as a representitive and “saves them” from something they could go horde. But the opposite could be true from the alliance stand-point to if say velen went.
Let me know your thoughts on this below on how this could turn out. I’m still trying to think of how this can work.
Edit: I just had a thought to add to the topic, a faction where they can come from, the lightbound. Alliance could use a WoD race and that could fill the slot.
