I don’t think Draenei would cross breed with ogres, they’re from Argus after all.(End have more chance ending up as a slave / gladiator / eat) Even Garona is halfling and the orcish gene is clearly very dominant.
But it’s a good creative thought.
Draenei crossbreads always look like the other race so there really isn’t any point.
Garona is draenei/orc.
Orcs can breed with ogres as they are descended from them.
So having draenei and ogres does seem very possible.
It was just an art piece I liked that comes to mind when half draenei are mentioned. Almost looks like a purpley mok’nathal with a horn too lol. The ogre look there is more dominant for sure.

Mok’Nathals looks like more Orcs than Ogres still.
Not saying impossible but just seem very unlikely as all other cross breed of Draenei character existing in the lore have their counter race appearance.
Even in the Movie for instance Garona looked like much of an orc.

Just thought of something, there could be another angle where this could happen. Lightbound.
Also there is one halfling that had orc traits but also had other races traits…
But eh… he is not well liked… medan.

I dunno, Rexxar’s new model looks pretty ogre-y.

They could use the kul tiran rig for the base, and allow customization for either race for it to more pronounced or a mix of both even for mok’nathal, they don’t have to have the looks too close to rexxar anyways.
He does have some ogre features with that model which suits him better then his older bigger orc model.
I wouldn’t mind it.
I like half races in general and wouldn’t mind playing a half orc half draenei.
I could see half draenei being in the Army of the Light.
To be perfectly fair both half draenei that have appeared have been part of, at least for some time, the Horde. Both have also used the orc model.
Very true and I expect them to definitely be Horde but if they were to give the option for Alliance through the Lightforged I’d be fine with it.
They do need to be Horde I think.
