Its funny isn’t it? Its almost as though if you come to the table and don’t immediately decry the other side as evil for their opinion on it its like they might be willing to talk without shouting back and forth.
The “wogen” you refer too has a nasty habit of being hostile out the gate.
I’m really glad Somand, Lance and Avarie are here. They all support Pro-high elf options in some respects but they do so without claiming that those who want to keep Blood Elves unique are just out to get them.
Exactly.
I understand wanting to play the high elves that stuck with the Alliance, but I don’t understand wanting to erase the Void Elves.
We have so much potential. So many doors are open.
I’m glad.
Sometimes I go on and lose what I was trying to say…
They haven’t, but then again they also haven’t explained why the original void elf skin colors are just a copy paste of the draenei skin colors.
There’s nothing that screams void to me with those which is funny considering how adamant some people here are on forcing void elf players to play those skins only.
Ah, sorry for the misunderstanding.
Though I don’t think there needs to be a compromise with people who seek to limit peoples hair color based on their feelings. They can simply choose to not use those options if they don’t like them, that is their compromise.
It’s so nice you’re dealing with a hypothetical in the event that instead of unique options that actually bring something new to the game you think Blizzard will continue to cave in to allow VEs to replicate the BE visual theme.
What we do have is a compromise though and it’s one where people can enjoy RP options but they do just have to deal without that final piece that you try to paint as important when you want it but paint it as unimportant when others want visual distinction to remain in place.
It’s a nice compromise and it actively is in place so it’s not a hypothetical what so ever, I’m glad you’re able to deal with it you can always select the race that actively has the model and options you’re looking for but you choose not to in any case I applaud Blizzard for valuing some level of visual distinction through out all of this ordeal
