~Welcome to Redwood Tribes~ Now Recruiting

  • We are an RP community with strong foundations from our time on Grobbulus (Classic Era) & Emerald Dream,now on WRA.

  • Our roots are in tribal/tauren RP following the tenets of Strength, Courage, Wisdom, and Honor, and continuing the traditions established in Classic era of welcoming all characters, and now Alliance, & players! LGBTQ+ welcome.

  • We are a heavy RP guild, featuring IC interviews, hosting and attending multiple events per month, enjoying long nights of RP, and continuing to enjoy multiple storylines with events hosted by long-time members, as we head into TWW.

  • Our Tenets and Foundations include:

    • Honor, Courage, Wisdom, and Strength - Act with these in mind when helping others (Featured prominently in our Rites of Passage since our founding almost 10 years ago)
    • Many Tribes - One Family - The bonds of Redwood go beyond other races and cultures and we strive to find what brings us together despite our varied differences (Our goals as set forth by the High Chieftain at our formation in Classic Era)
    • Redwoods Stand Tall - Battlecry as we stand together against whatever may threaten us (taken up throughout Classic)

  • Must have TRP3. TRP 3 extended will be used in some events. The add-ons Listener, Musician, Story Teller, Cross RP, Elephant (chat logger), Emote Splitter are recommended, but not required.

  • Our discord hosts a weekly calendar and is open to friends as well as members.

  • There are various ranks and how to move up in guild will be clearly defined and accomplished through events and actions.

Tuesday at 6pm server on WrA going to have a little lead up event talking about the radiant visions and what it all might mean as a lead up to TWW… also already setting up our first TWW “Roadhouse” and a few other events… all are welcome! And there is a weekly calendar posted every Tuesday in our Discord.

Sorry this took so long, but yes we are, though we are open to all races/classes now, we are still very much led by our tauren roots, including rites of passage and how we make decisions as a tribe

The Sage has had an Earth Elemental in symbiotic relationship since the night of the Cataclysm. This particular elemental has a history with the tribes and has saved their life and they have saved the elemental in the past. Currently, the Sage has grown and appears stronger for the most part but there are moments of stress where the Sage looks drained and dry… and the one lead they have has turned up empty … so far.

Kydo’ko Stormsfury, ex Red Sand Mercenary and distant cousin of the High Chieftain with a checkered past has been working in Azh-kahet gathering information about the Nerubians in conjunction with the Longwalker. Found so far is a coded note recently cracked by Trixxie (and Chester) that leads to a connection between the Order of Night and some Nerubians working together or at least working for the same entity… but where and when they will strike is still unknown.

The Longwalker asked Kydo’ko to find out more about the mysterious Harronir. After thwarting a group of kobyss attacking the roots the Harronir care so fondly about, the tribes and company have been given the opportunity to stay in the Harronir camp if needed. Not quite answers yet, but a start as trust continues to build up.

Thunder Bluff’s medic, Artimir Autumnsong, has just been rescued from a pocket void dimension thanks to some of the young guns working with the formidable warrior Taharkah Thundersong, or is it Taharkah? It could be the Demon Hunter Felsong who is intent on her own designs for the youngsters and for Artimir.

Oh and Leidolfr may have been the unwitting fool and gotten mixed up with the Priory folks…

There is also a weekly campaign on Thursdays concerning Hallowfall but is happening all at one time and won’t really be part of tribes lore until the event is over.

And in all honestly, that is just the tip of the iceberg as many of the characters have some baggage left over from years and years back as our stories started in classic era on Grobbulus.
