I am not elitist but this community is not for players who are new to raiding or do not have the required gear to raid or run m+.
Looking to start a community with a large pool of players who are tired of incompetent people and scheduled raid times. Login, see whose online, see if there is any interest, form a nice little core then add players from LFG.
Main objective is to run raids and m+ whenever there is enough demand.
Community will be monitored to make sure no one is in it to get free rides.
