I posted in the 55+ thread (see below) but thought I should post in the official guild listing. I would love to join a guild where players are taking the time to help each other learn group activities like dungeon and raids. Battle net Storm#11843.
I quit joining groups because of the childish behavior of players. My hunter did enough damage and I knew just enough to not have a problem. But I got sick of self-styled experts who would start yelling insults instead of giving a quick instruction about what to do. The same effort could have created a good player instead of a WoW hater. {HINT: if a noob is standing in a green circle with health melting away, donāt yell "DONāT STAND IN THE FIRE" and then hurl a string of profanity at them when they die. They didnāt know who you were talking to and didnāt see any fire. Say something like "If the floor changes color, move to a different area". Then explain more after the fight.]

Hey ya Nogdergath, invite is out. You should never encounter any of what you described in this guild. Weāre here to help each other out, the good and the oopsies. I understand have been through the same thing and after awhile it just takes all the fun out of the game. I use to hate taking a dungeon and just getting a zerg. We can get you set up on discord if you need help. Its pretty much like vent but much better.

On the other hand, after 15 years of playing WoW, it did just take me 15 minutes to figure out how a Battle Tag invitation works. Soā¦

Hi there, I see you say you sent out guild invitations? There must be a way to accept in battle net Iām not aware of? 
For me there was a notification in the Launcher. In the upper right hand corner there is a bell icon that had a notification indicator. When I clicked on it there was a friend request there. Iām assuming that is from Horde Tough and they are getting the roster ready for launch.
Once we get closer to launch they will probably notify us through this with the guild info we need.
Either that or I just connected with a gold seller that wants to make me a āreally specialā offer.
I just got a confirmation from Raythia that it is a Horde Tough invite.

I wasnāt even considering coming back to WoW until I saw this thread. Iām 47 with family and a career so real life is first, but I like what I have read in this thread and I do miss Azeroth but I dont like the direction the recent expansions have taken WoW. With that being said if you guys would have me I would love to join and renew the adventures of old! Iām laid back looking to have fun and laughs with no pressure, no drama and enjoy the game for what it isā¦a game. If I seem like a fit my BNET tag is Jdog1645#1887
Gen X hereā¦I remember when the term was new and we were the younguns. How quickly time flies, because now I identify more with the post WW2 folk than the kids.
I think this guild is a great idea, looking forward to Classic even more now.
DnD good times. I played that in 70s, my first computer was vic20 then on to c64, and amiga.
Played EQ on launch day, well tried to playā¦lag fest lol. Many other mmos, then wow since vanilla. Edit(quit after wotlk)

Was originally looking at the RP\RP-PVP severs but a guild with ppl close to my own age would be a nice change. ( At least if I reference āBilly Jackā ppl will know who I am talking about ! )
