H Emerald Nightmare portal to last 2 boss locked

Hi I am in H Emerald Nightmare. Frist 5 bosses down but the gate to last 2 wont open. Please help.

The character is Hahahnk in Tichondrius.

Your run for the week is lost. Reporting a bug won’t save your current lockout, and the GMs don’t interve for that either.

Emerald Nightmare: Can't get to Cenarius

After clearing Nythendra and the four wing bosses solo EN N10, the portal to Cenarius is still closed and Malfurion doesn't have any dialog option to open it. This is my first EN outside of LFR, if that matters. There is a support article for this issue, but the suggested fix action (leave instance, reset all instances) hasn't helped. I have a ticket open, but I figured I'd add an official bug report on old content to the QA backlog, in case they start to run out of current bugs to fix.

I found a workaround that’s reliable for me: kill the four bosses surrounding the portal in a specific kill order. Elerethe Renferal, Dragons of Nightmare, Ursoc, and Il’gynoth.

Noted with many thanks. I will give it a try next week. Surprisingly this never happen in M Model with multiple players. Cooooooool bug.
