Gurubashi Arena - Short John Mithril Event

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why the chest is not spawning at the correct times on the Ravenholdt server.

I have checked at 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, and 21:00 SERVER various times across various days and still have not seen Short John Mithril yell his RP and place the chest in the middle of the arena.

I checked with WM on and WM off

I have checked at the hour after normal times to ensure it wasn't due to the recent time change.

I have also taken the liberty to rule out the possibility of being phased from any specific quests.

The only forums I found that discussed this issue are out-dated and never really had a conclusive answer to this issue.

Can anyone address this issue?

Time change. Try 1 hour earlier

Time wound 1 hour back, not forward.

And as I already said, I ruled out any time change factor.

It is not done by server time. All events run from Pacific time.
