Everyone in the guild are randomly getting disconnected from Blizzard services which prevents guild chat and prompts the error “Guilds and Communities are currently unavailable” when trying to view the guild list.

Trying to recruit and managing guild chat is basically impossible. Everyone is disconnected and can’t see it. How do we foster community and find new comers to add when we can’t interact with one another at all. I spend more time disconnected from Blizzard Services than I do connected lately.

This isn’t something Customer Support can help with.
You can make a bug report in game or over in the bug report forum. There’s one from a day ago already active so you can add to that one to keep the info in the same place.

Yes all the green posts were directing to the bug report. Please visit my post there and keep bumping so they move this to the top of the list!
The WoW forums don’t’ work like that. Bumping threads is considered spam and can get the thread locked.

Bumping threads, especially in the bug report, is not something anyone would advise. Just so you’re aware, doesn’t need to be bumped, doesn’t need to be even at the top of the page. It is listed in the bug reports forums, it means it is made aware.
Sorry, but nothing else but waiting can actually be done.
