Hi so prepatch for TBC went live yesterday after a 30 hour downtime. I immediately spent the 100gp to buy a guild vault and put a bunch of items in it including a bunch of ore. Today I check the guild vault and everything is gone. The log shows the deposit but no withdrawl from the vault. I tested by having a guild member put in an item and remove it and the log showed the deposit and withdrawl. So Blizzard once again is screwing people out of items they worked hard to get and I am enraged. I did a bug report and it says “You will not get a response” which tells me they aren’t going to do anything.
I am giving Blizzard 5 days to give me my stuff back or I am done for good supporting this company that could care less about their customers.
Update, I put a few trash items in the vault to see if Blizzard would steal my stuff again and sure enough, this morning all gone. No log of withdraws.
I can tell you right now, making ultimatums won’t make Blizzad do what you want. More so if there’s a bug that happened. Blizzard work on bugs that’s the most impacting the game and work from there. They don’t work on a given bug because someone requested it.

Uh oh… didn’t something like this happen before the last expansion? A whole slew of guilds had their banks wiped and much of it was never returned. I hope that’s not the case here.
Really? I get that you’re annoyed, but you kind of sound like a child threatening to hold his breath. Post this in the bug forum. Maybe someone else has experienced this too. And submit a ticket. Maybe it’s a known thing and a GM can give you a solution.

Well, given the fact that this isn’t the bug reports, the blues here have zero powers in relation to the Q&A team, and they don’t ask how high when you say jump, I’m going to go with the idea of being a reasonable person.
But more to the point, Blizzard won’t jump to something from posting here. Nor would they fix something within someone’s timeframe. If something is bugged, it’d be fixed when its fixed. They’re not going to get something done at X time.
