Guild vault bug (items gone) marches on, 12 days with no update now

Not a single blue reply from Blizzard in the US. Someone in EU posts “we have nothing to add” every few days.

Guild bank missing items - what happened?

I opened one of my guild banks and found that a good two-thirds of the items on each tab are now gone. The icons aren’t glitching; the slots are literally empty. I am the only one with access to any of these guild banks, and everything was fine five hours ago when I last deposited items. Is anyone else having this issue? Please tell me this can be fixed.
