I’m trying to transfer my guild to another server before the deadline tomorrow but the shop service isn’t working.
Are you accessing the Shop from the Character Select screen?
My GM alt of this guild was just able to access the Guild Transfer service and get all the way to the payment screen without issue.
Where is it failing for you?

Yes it’s the only way. It’s not showing a way to select characters (guild masters) in the drop down box.
