Guild suspended on Remulos

Good Morning
It seems a large chunk of our guild “Heavens Reach” on the Classic server Remulos has copped a suspension.

The email outlined that it was due to exploiting, however I just can’t understand how that’d be true.

We’re a casual guild on a PVE server (No dodgy safe summoning)
We take a good few hours to get to C’Thun, there’s no trash skipping or anything out of the ordinary.

Definitely not speed running or pushing limits, we haven’t even killed Visc yet.

We’re not hosting GDKPs, our BWL runs are stock standard, nothing about this makes sense.

I’ve put in an individual appeal myself but something is just not right here.

The CS forum isn’t something for this as the Blue posters are unable to speak about what’s happening to someone’s account to a 3rd person. All your guild members that’s affected would need to file an appeal ticket.

I disagree, the ban is in error, therefore it is a CS issue

There are no Game Masters on these forums, anyone affected needs to file an appeal.

I understand what you’re saying, however the bans have gone out in error.
It’s not just my guild, there’s guilds reporting from different servers the same issues.

I’m not in their raiding teams so I can’t vouch if they’re legitimate bans, however the sheer amount of suspensions, coupled with the fact ours is in error tells me something has gone wrong over at Blizzard and we’d like this addressed ASAP.

I’d still like to raise the point of the widespread suspensions that appear to have gone out incorrectly and are stopping a lot of legitimate players from logging in.

It’s a ban-wave. Yes, it sounds wide-spread. No, it doesn’t sound like a ‘mistake’.

If your account was penalized, then the appeal will address that.

If it is on behalf of others in your guild, then they will have to appeal individually.

If you feel the suspension is in error the only course of action would be to appeal, Daymann. While the review of that appeal is a CS issue, the means of doing so would not be brought about by posting on this or any of our forums.

Any errors that might be found would happen during the appeal process. Good luck.
