There is a bug currently affecting me: Cannot buy guild items I don’t already have.
“The item was not found” is the message I keep getting when trying to buy something (in this case, Armadillo and Heirloom Pants).
I have tried 3 guilds and still the same message.
Any workaround for this? or am I SOL?
I am experiencing this issue as well.
I am hoping this is fixed because I want these heirloom pants, I know they aren’t as useful as they used to be, but it’s bothering me that I don’t have them lol among other guild vendor items I want to get.
Right? I bought all the items to kick the pants up to 70 as well… just tried on another character that is the proper class for the pants i want to get and i still got the error.

I haven’t experienced any other bugs but this one so far, but Support ticket reply I got was to post on the forums. That doesn’t really help me.
I also am having this problem for plate pants. I am honored and should be able to buy them and i get an error every time.
I have the ability to purchase them too, but I have been having this issue since yesterday (which I think is due to the patch but I could be wrong).
Same problem here. I can’t purchase Cloak of Coordination. Item not found.
Sent in a ticket and they sent me a reply with links to Support Articles, game Info and guides, and forums. Said reply if I still have a problem. I’ll wait till after maintenance tomorrow and then see. If it doesn’t work, I’ll tell them I still have a problem.
If it is fixed by then, please let us know.

Similar problem for me today. I was able to purchase all of the heirloom cloaks and helms, but none of the heirloom pants. I was able to purchase the illustrious guild tabard, renowned guild tabard, and wrap of unity. I didn’t have any of these prior to today.
Still can’t buy anything as of 10:50AM EST.
Same problem here too. I can buy the Wrap of Unity, but I get ‘item not found’ with Cloak of Coordination and Shroud of Cooperation.
Same problem. I am exalted with the guild, the guild has the required achievements for dark phoenix and thundering cloud serpent, and I can see them at the vendor, but when I try to buy them it says item not found.
But I can buy the Golden King, which I already have.
Same Issue here i put the ticket in and all they did was link a page saying to look on the fourm.
I’m experiencing the same thing, I can buy the Wrap of Unity but both the Shroud of Cooperation and the Cloak of Coordination fail with “The item was not found” red text.

Jfc it’s always something new with this expansion. Nothing but bugs.
I have a whole slew of Alts that can’t buy the 2hr Cooldown tabard. Also, strangely, they all show the Guild Page and Guild Herald pets as Not Known, but when I go there on my Main it shows as 1/2 Known.
This seems to still be a thing as of today, was gonna try guardian druid and cant purchase the leather pants.
