Same issue. I don’t even get the error text though. I get the confirmation dialogue to buy the item, click yes, then nothing happens.

Same issue here can’t buy heirloom leg slot items. I understand heirlooms may be less relevant now than once were but I still really wanted to purchase all slots available and fully upgrade, enchant, jewel, etc. each item. unnaceptable for issue to not be fixed

SW Portal not working and guild vender items not found. This 20th anniversary also brought back how buggy the game was at first? not cool to add that blizzard. please fix

i am affected also deleted a character after selling most of my items that could be sold but when i revived the character after changing my mind i could not buy the 2h cooldown cape again.

I can’t buy some guild items as well. The Cloak of Coordination says item not found

I am also running into this problem, can’t buy any of the pants at the Guild Vendor, as it states “Item is not found”

It’s been awhile and def alot of hotfixes lately but how do we get Blizz to look at this post? I’m not really sure how they consider bug reports.

I got a reply from customer service and they confirmed they have been hearing about this a lot and confirmed it isn’t working as intended, but it seems that doesn’t directly translate into it getting looked into, so I was advised to submit a bug report.
You can do so by following this link: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/bug-report/
Or to report a bug in-game by following the below steps:
1- Press Esc or click the ? Button to open the menu.
2- Click Support.
3- Click Submit feedback or bug report.
4- Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
5- Click Submit.
There are already a lot of threads in this issue there, so hopefully just a matter of time.

Blizzard, at the very least you could acknowledge the problem that way thousands of people can at least be aware that youre actively trying to fix this issue.
unless youre not actively trying to fix the issue because you dont care…which is very much what it seems like.
ill check back in tomorrow after work…im just going to assume that after the reset, this problem will be either resolved or acknowledged by the devs.
however, given their track record so far of this xpac, i wouldnt be terribly surprised if nothing gets done. impress me, for a change.
