As with many players my guild reputation has been reset to neutral. In game is 0 help. Doesn’t surprise me. Fix something blizzard.

Same thing just happened to me, on my main character (on EU). My character is in my own guild, has been there for ages, and has been exalted for longer than I can remember.
I checked some alts in same guild, they are fine. I tried re-logging, disabling all addons, re-starting the game, gaining a bit of guild reputation to see if it’s somehow reset it, all to no avail.
I then wrote a ticket, and was told to write a bug report. I can see from forums, Reddit etc. that people has been reporting this for months.
Please at least let us know that someone’s aware of this and working on it?

Going through the same thing. Guidance from Customer Support was to submit a bug ticket.
Same thing happened to me. GM of course was no help and told me to make a bug report. So much for actually getting help.
This just occurred to me. Do not log in to characters that the guild rep matters on.
I tested by looking up the characters rep on armory then logging them in. Immediately their rep dropped to neutral.

Yes, same here, I’m grinding up from neutral again having never left this guild in years. WTF Blizz?
Same happened to me. No help in game at all. They said they cannot verify I was ever exalted and said to go post a bug report or look at the forums. Bug report was never answered and there are tons of forum posts.
