Today there was maintenance and they will not fix the problem… I need to know if Blizzard will refund the expense we have with the extra cauldrons, the time we lost to return to the raid due to the speed at which the characters move… the reputations lost with the guild. Dragon Soul full of bugs, problems with characters stuck in the raid, fog… a company of this size does not have the capacity to quickly solve these problems? Complicated.

I’m convinced that they put all their time into SoD. It’s getting constant updates and fixes, but Cata is lucky if even gets a bug fix.
They need to take just a little time off from there and get these bugs sorted out :\

i can confirm and just tested it guild perks only works if you not in a guild …
you can gquit log off and on and you get it back .
if you join back the guild you will lose it again as soon as you log off again .

My guild has had no issues so looks like a you problem

The past few days, most of my toons lost their guild perks one by one.

Absolutely not just a ‘you’ problem. Guild raided Monday and Tuesday without the cauldron flask perk. Multiple guilds were complaining about it in Dragon Soul general chat too.

Ditto, in DS last night we tried to drop a guild bank and it was gone from the general spell tab for everyone. I think some peeps still had it on their action bars tho.

Don’t worry, at least in DS they finally got 25 man their 3 res and attempt. You got to understand the scale of greatness going on around us here. Plans so ancient and long term that mere mortals like us cannot fix the system.

Dear Blizzard, please fix our guild perks. Cauldrons don’t even have 10 charges, flasks don’t last as long as they used to, feasts often feed only half the group, we are slow running while dead. Most of our guild members have lost all reputation with the guild, and some have lost all reputation with Wyrmrest Accord.
One of our guild members completed Loremaster, so she is stuck rebuilding guild rep with only daily quests available to her. She can’t even buy the guild tabard that increases rep. She can’t be the only person this has happened to.

What I don’t get is why is there ZERO response from Blizzard? I see tons post from users but I can’t find a response from Blizzard.

Yet again, my mage is “now neutral with Wyrmrest Accord”. This makes 3 times, including the original time she first clicked on one of their members.

Still going, how did they even manage to break it lol
Well, they are having to inject decade old code into a client it was never designed for (remember the Classic client is a modified Legion client) so honestly I’m surprised we don’t have more bugs
The real question is why the bugs take so long to be fixed, if they even get fixed in the first place
