I’ve been trying to submit a ticket, but there are no selections for guild issues anywhere in the categories so figured I would post here. I (Talgath) should be the owner of this guild but when I logged in today, the roster shows two “crown” icons but another random player became owner somehow. That player has not logged in for over a month so they can’t have taken ownership due to inactivity (I also wasn’t inactive for 90 days)
Here are the steps I took to get to where I am:
- Created a character named Kratos. (BOY!)
- Created a new guild named Ghost of Sparta
- I Invited Talgath to the guild as well as a few other people
- I made Talgath the owner of the guild
- I deleted Kratos
- I restored a different character, also named Kratos
- I invited new Kratos to the guild
- I checked the guild roster and noticed two Kratos’ in the roster
- I tried to make New Kratos the owner, but got an “Internal guild error” message
- I decided to wait until server reset for the guild cache to clear
- I logged in today and noticed the current situation - I’ve lost all accesses to my guild
How to fix?
