Just an FYI for anyone returning to the game… their GMOTD advertises gold selling, and that’s all the GM tries to do when you join their guild.
They spam invites to everyone and try to force you to buy their gold.
Ive reported them numerous times and no mods seem to care about blatant gold selling.
Oh well. Figured maybe someone here might care
blizzard does not care about gold sellers which is no surprise since people like mike ybarra used to sell runs for real money, i wouldnt be surprised if this guild was ran by a current or ex blizzard employee
You can actually open a support ticket about stuff like this if it’s so blatant. Include screenshots, video, specific times and dates, etc. Human beings do review player report support tickets, unlike most other pleas for help.
Source: I’ve seen people banned, renamed, etc. from ticketed reports. In-game report feature is inferior. If you have evidence, open tickets.
The company is 100% in on the RMT and Botting business.
Can confirm this, leveling a number of toons. It’s just a bot script mass invite thing, and then trying to sell you gold.
But yeah, cool that paying customers have to do your job for you, blizz. This is the kind of egregious stuff that should get positively stomped out of existence within a day, or at worst, within a week.
