Guild control gone. Help

I recently started a guild (Sulphurus>Horde> ShogaHin). I must have hit some button or other because now my title isn’t Guild Master. I have lost the ability to change anything in Guild Control. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s how I would start:

  1. Is someone else the guild master now? If so, they would need to promote you back to guild master.

  2. If someone else isn’t the guild master, reset your UI:

  1. If that doesn’t clear it up, you’ll want to open a ticket.

Everyone in the guild is now a counselor per my created rank. Even me. I used /reload ui. Plus I’ve logged out and in multiple times.

And I’ve tried opening a ticket but their bloody process just sends me in circles.

Did you do the full UI reset as instructed in Yverian’s post above? (it’s not the same as /reload)
