I just /gquit in Classic Anniversary.
My Social tab shows that I am not in any guild. But, Green Guild Chat is still showing up in my chat window. Any ideas?
Is this the character you left said guild on? It’s still showing you’re in a guild here.
This is nothing on you, just starting from the lowest point and going from there: Did you type in /gquit correctly?
If that didn’t work and certain you typed it in correctly, open the guild roster, right click on your character name and select ‘leave guild’.
Failing that, you sure it’s not a separate chat channel that you may have joined that’s guild related?
Yes, this is the character. I do not have a guild roster since I have quit the guild in guild chat.
Lol. I do see that the forums think I am still in the guild.
I remember reading here that guild functions (including gquit) don’t always work right for a character that had been deleted and then restored, but I don’t know if that applies to Classic.
I am a new Druid - never been deleted.

Drawing upon my past WoW Customer Support answers, I have disabled all of my Addons and did a ResetUI. Still have the Guild Chat showing up.

Solution: FYI. Just a matter of time before the Guild Chat stopped.
