As someone else said they would recommend this come organically I can assure you there will be plenty of the same people. Do not get scared away from the min/max guilds.
Horde version of this idea has a discord and is starting to organize!
Horde version is up and running! Still not decided on time zone, need more people to weigh in

You might want to consider whether or not you want to have discord and a web page. I’m a noob, and never used discord or a guild web page. I prefer to keep it simple, at least in the beginning:
We won’t be raiding for 60 levels, and pvp pre-mades are unavailable until Phase 2 (whenever that happens).
Not that it matters much what I think, but I am interested in a guild that builds from the ground up. Others might feel the same way.
Nor am i. Yesterday was my first time ever on discord. I have only created it so we can chat and gameplan before launch. No real intention as of now to use it for anything in game.
Simple is the best for sure.
