I was wondering if you ever got your issue resolved. I’m on the realm khadgar and have the same issue. I also talked with people on trade that had the same issue. I submitted a ticket and the response i received didnt fix it. I resubmitted my ticket and hope they can fix it. I’m roughly missing 588 items, so I’m a little sad to say the least. I’ve been rocking classic the last year and a half because bfa totally bombed, came back to prep for shadowlands and what a big surprise for me
I have not gotten this issue resolved. They said it needed further investigation. To make things worse. my horde guild has the same issue only worse, all my tabs I bought are gone. And my wife has a character that was de-leveled from 120 to 35 and reverted back to our account that our son now uses. All of this was caused by server merges… didn’t happen when Khadgar merged with Alleria… I really wish they would fix these issues.
